While we can understand that good intentions can sometimes turn out to be anything but good, we can understand that it wasn’t deliberate. However, when decisions are made knowing something is harmful, what would we call that? Criminal behaviour? I wonder if such decisions can be classed as pre-meditated criminal behaviour?
